1. Information We Collect

If you make purchases through the Services, your payment information may be collected and managed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. In that case, those payment processors may store payment information in addition to the information that we store, and their use of such data will be governed by their privacy policies.

Information Collected Automatically. We and our vendors may also automatically collect information from you in relation to your use of the Services or engagement with us:

Usage Data . We and our vendors may collect and analyze information about how you use our Services. This information includes the dates and times you access our Services, the features you use, and the pages you visit, the type(s) of browser through which you access our Services, the number of clicks, files you download, landing pages, the content you upload or post to our Services, error logs, and other system activity, online browsing behavior data, or clickstream data (e.g., date and time of access, referring and exit pages and URL, pages viewed, features used, cursor movements and clicks, customer service interactions, and other uses of chat functionality, and the websites or applications through or from which you access our Services). Device Data . We and our vendors collect and analyze information about the device(s) you use to access our Services. This information might include your IP address, information about your device’s hardware, the operating system on your device and the version of that operating system, your language preferences, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and information about the mobile network you use.
Location Information . When you use the Services, we and our vendors may collect general location information from your computer or mobile device. “General” location information means information to identify the city and state in which your device is located based on its IP address. This information allows us to give you access to content that varies based on your general location (e.g., nearby locations).
Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies . We and our vendors may collect information through the use of “cookies” and similar technologies as described in Section 4 below.

Information Collected from Other Sources. We may collect information about your interactions with us on third-party platforms, including our and our customers’ social media accounts. This information includes, but is not limited to, your likes, shares, and other interactions with our content and your social media handle. For example, we are able to access information that you provide while commenting or otherwise interacting with us on social media feeds and Live Sale broadcasts (e.g., Instagram or TikTok live feeds). If you access the Services through a third-party connection, you may allow us to have access to and store certain information from the log-in service. We may also collect information from your publicly accessible social media accounts. For a description of how social networking sites handle your information, please refer to their privacy policies and terms of use, which may permit you to modify your privacy settings.

We may also collect information about you from affiliates and other sources, including without limitation from payment processors, third-party marketers or partners, conferences, events, sales partners, marketing vendors, providers of business contact information, public records and lists, third-party databases such as marketing databases, and from individuals other than yourself who refer you to our Services. If you provide us with anyone else’s information, you represent that you have the appropriate authorization to do so.

We may aggregate and/or de-identify information collected through the Services. We may use and disclose appropriately aggregated or de-identified data for any purpose.

3. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose your information as follows:

Order Recipients: If you are not the recipient of an order you place, we may disclose your information to the order recipient to the extent we communicate with them with respect to the order.
Affiliates: We may disclose your information to our affiliates or subsidiaries.
Vendors: We may disclose your information to companies that provide services to us, such as providers of data storage, web hosting, website support, billing and payment processing, security, analytics, advertising, marketing, shipping, and fraud prevention services.
Online Advertising and Analytics Partners: We may disclose your information to third parties that provide advertising services (such as ad networks, ad servers, or other advertising partners) that help us advertise the Services. We may allow these third parties to place cookies or other similar technologies on your browser or device to assist in delivering relevant advertising on other websites you visit or other online services you use. We may also use audience matching services from these third parties to reach people who have visited or may be interested in visiting our Services by providing information such as email addresses. a. Marketing Communications

In accordance with applicable law, we may send you marketing communications regarding our Services or the services of third parties that we believe will be interesting to you. You can ask us to stop sending such communications at any time through the opt-out instructions provided in the communication or by contacting us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below. Please note that it may take us some time consistent with our legal obligations to process your request.

If you opt out of marketing communications, you may continue to receive certain non-promotional communications about services you request or engage with (e.g., a confirmation of purchase email) and service-related communications regarding us and our Services communications (e.g., communications regarding our Services or updates to our legal terms, including this Policy; security-related communications; or communications about the status of your account). Opting out of marketing communications will not halt these and any other non-promotional communications.

We and vendors use cookies and other similar technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to collect information about your use of our Services. Cookies are files that are stored on your device through your web browser. Web beacons and pixels, which we may place on our Services and in our emails, operate in your browser or in your email program and can run operations on your device (such as reading and writing cookies) and can send information from your device to us or third parties. We and our vendors may use third-party analytics services on the Services to help us understand how users engage with the Services, including Google Analytics. These parties may use cookies and other technologies to help collect, analyze, and provide us with reports and/or data. d. Online Advertising

We and third parties may use the information we collect to tailor the advertising you see online. You have choices about how information about you is used for this purpose.

Some tailored advertising is carried out using cookies. We may also use audience matching services to reach people (or people similar to people) who have visited our Services or are identified in one or more of our databases ("Matched Ads") by us uploading a customer list to a technology service or incorporating a pixel from a technology service into our own Services and the technology service matching common factors between our data and their data.

You may be able to set your browser to refuse certain types of cookies or alert you when they are being used as explained above. Modifying your browser settings or opting out of tailored advertising via your web browser may have different results depending on the type of device or web browser you use and the version of your device operating system. Opting out of tailored advertising does not prevent you from seeing ads online; instead, the ads you see are less likely to be customized to your interests. Opting out is generally effective only on a device-by-device or browser-by-browser basis. If you use more than one browser or device, the effect of any opt-out mechanism may be limited to the device on which you used the mechanism.

e . “Do Not Track”

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a setting that users can enable in certain web browsers. DNT signals do not have a commonly agreed-upon meaning, and we do not currently recognize or respond to DNT signals.

5. Security

Although we take certain measures to protect your information, no method of security is perfect. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee the security of your information and that you provide information to us at your own risk. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.

6. Data Retention

We may retain your information until we determine that retention no longer is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and retained, and as required by applicable law. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the context and purpose of its collection and use.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

The Services may have links and embedded content to third-party websites, apps, or other digital properties that may have privacy policies that differ from ours. We are not responsible for the practices of such third parties or their sites, apps, or properties. You should check their privacy policies to understand how they may handle your information.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information (as defined in applicable law) from children under the age permitted by applicable law without parental consent. If we become aware that a child has disclosed information to us in a way that is prohibited by applicable children's privacy laws, we will delete such information in accordance with applicable law.

9. California “Shine the Light” Disclosure

The California “Shine the Light” law gives residents of California the right under certain circumstances to opt out of the sharing of certain categories of personal information (as defined in the Shine the Light law) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

10. Information for Non-United States Residents

Please note that Operator is located in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, you should be aware that any information you provide to us about yourself is transmitted to us and processed in the United States and other locations where we or our vendors or partners are located. Your information will be protected subject to this Policy and United States laws, which may not be as protective as the laws in your country. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers of your information to the United States and other locations where we or our vendors or partners are located.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will update the Last Updated date above and provide notice in accordance with applicable law. We encourage you to read this Policy regularly to check for changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after we publish changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
